Tera and Teramoto is a small independent dining space built around two distinct experiences; Tera Bar and Teramoto both lead by Owner Chef Taka Teramoto.
After working in Michelin starred restaurants in Tokyo and Paris, Taka has found love for the Australian lifestyle and since made it his home, bringing together his experience and influences to create a personal and evolving menu.
Each experience is distinct yet connected by a shared philosophy - Harmonising Japanese flavours with Australian local produce and French techniques, all centred around the best seasonal ingredients.
