E-gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase
E-Gift Cards may take up to 24 hours to activate and may not be redeemable immediately.
E-gift Vouchers may be redeemed at Tera Bar or Teramoto Chef’s Table for food and beverage only and cannot be exchanged for cash
Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be refunded or cancelled once purchased.
Vouchers cannot be be used to purchase additional gift vouchers
If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the remaining value must be paid by another accepted payment method
If the total bill is less than the voucher value, no cash or credit will be given for the remaining balance
E-gift vouchers must be presented at time of redemption
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without the purchaser’s authorisation
We reserve the right to refuse a voucher if there is reasonable evidence of fraud, alteration or unauthorised use
